Choosing an attorney can often be overwhelming. Most people don't look for an attorney until after an arrest, issuance of a ticket or after charges have been filed.

There are many factors to consider, such as:

1. Will you pick your attorney or will the firm you hire pick the attorney?
2. Will you be a file number to an already over-worked attorney or will you be a name and a face?
3. Will your attorney have the capability to diplomatically guide you through the system with knowledge and respect?
4. What are the costs and expenses involved in hiring an attorney?

When you hire me, I handle your case.  You will never call the office or receive a letter stating your case has been re-assigned to a different attorney in the firm.  I develop the appropriate relationship with my clients in order for effective representation. 

My clients are people who have entrusted me to help them and protect their interests.  I take on only the caseload that I can handle and manage.  My intention is to aggressively represent clients in the most congenial possible way. 

Finally, I typically charge a flat fee which takes the guesswork and stress for the client out of the equation.
